Subscription Agreement

All SurveyPlan subscriptions operate under JB Survey Limited’s standard trading terms. Subscriptions run for 12 months and are payable by monthly direct debit. Delivery and collection charges are included within plan pricing.

Business Use and Equipment Availability

All subscriptions offered under JB SurveyPlan are provided strictly for business customers only. All hire subscription agreements are subject to equipment availability at the time of allocation. While every effort will be made to commence services promptly, no guaranteed start date or delivery time is implied or accepted. Orders and subscriptions will be scheduled according to current stock levels, logistical capacity, and operational demand.

Cancellations and Renewals

Early termination is available but the monthly rate offered will be void and the equipment charges will return to our standard ad-hoc rate. Renewals are offered at the end of each term with options to upgrade or add equipment.

Liability and Insurance

Liability for equipment during hire remains the customer’s full responsibility. Insurance is available on request. JB SurveyPlan and JB Survey Limited are not liable for indirect loss or project delays arising from service suspension.

Data and Privacy

All customer data is handled in accordance with GDPR. Certificates and records are stored digitally and accessible via the customer dashboard.
